Customer may return or exchange product within 15 days if Head|Wrap is unused. Product must be free of hair care products, stains, rips, or any evidence that product has been worn. Customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs associated with returning the products.
Product will be inspected upon receiving. If product is in its original condition a full refund or exchange will be issued. The exchange must be equal to or lesser than the value of the original purchase.
